After we have succesfully received your payment, your Xen Themes theme information with download link will be emailed to the email adress you provided. This may take up to 24 hours. If you do not receive an email after this time period, contact us through xenthemes.com website.

You may use each individual product on a single website only, belonging to either you or your client. You have to purchase the same theme once more in order to make another project with the same design.

You are authorized to make any necessary modifications to our themes to fit your needs. You may not redistribute our themes in any way. You must not change or remove the copyright information in the header of the theme.php or style.css file. You may only remove the copyright from the footer of our themes if you wish. Porting to other platforms and content management systems and redistributing as GPL or otherwise is also strictly prohibited. Please contact us if you have any requirements that are not covered by these terms.

We do not install any of our products. Installation is entirely your responsibility. However we can install our products for a small fee. Please contact us to find out more.

You may not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from xenthemes.com. Please contact us if you require further clarification.

You may not sub-licence, assign, or transfer this licence or xenthemes.com membership to anyone else without prior written consent from xenthemes.com.

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of independent content providers. Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.

All themes are always designed for the latest version of e107 CMS, but we can give no guarantee, that the themes will run with future versions of e107. Members may use the forums at xenthemes.com to raise any issues related to CMS versions.

Since xenthemes.com is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds after the product is shipped, which you are responsible for understanding upon purchasing any article at our site. Please make sure that you've carefully read 'Details' section of each product. We only make exceptions with this rule when the product appears to be not-as-described on a case by case basis in agreement of the parties concerned. The deadline for any refund claim is 7 days after the delivery date. The refund is issued to you after we receive a Waiver of Copyright signed by you. This is a required condition.

xenthemes.com does not warranty or guarantee these themes in any manner. We cannot guarantee they will function with all 3rd party components as there is currently no certification process for such components. Browser compatibility should be tested against the demonstration themes on the demo server. Please ensure that the browsers you use will work with the themes as we can not guarantee that xenthemes.com themes will work with all browser combinations.

xenthemes.com offer these themes and designs "as is", with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you wish or with all 3rd party components and modules. Further, we offer no support via email or otherwise for installation, customization, administration of CMS etc. Member's forum is available to xenthemes.com members. xenthemes.com does not commit to monitor these forums, but we reserve the right to respond and answer questions.
